Our refund policy is as follows:

If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund. We cannot resell product that is not picked up by the customer, as 99% of orders are customized for the ordering customer. We will give a reminder call if it’s close to our closing time, but it’s ultimately the customer’s responsibility to remember to pick up. We are closed on Sundays.

If there is an issue with your order, please inform us before you leave our shop with your order. We show all customers their orders before they leave, and after that they are the customer’s responsibility.

If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given.

Cancellations and/or changes for custom orders must be made at least 2 business days in advance of the scheduled pick up time. Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice. Your store credit expires one year from the date of issue. No refunds.

Please be sure you want the items before placing the order. Refunds will not be given once the order has been placed. Changes may be made to the decoration of the cake with 2 business days notice.
